PAYMENT POLICIES

• Accepted methods: PayNow

• Students may book lessons upon full payment

PRICING STRUCTURE

• $840 per person ($70/hr)

• 12 lessons x 1hr each

• Private or Group sessions (up to 4 pax) available

LESSON POLICIES

Attendance & Cancellation

• Lessons are booked in batches of 12

• Students may choose to pay in batches of 4 at $75/hr

• Fixed weekly schedule

• 24-hour notice required for rescheduling

• If the student is unable to make a given fixed slot, they may accumulate up to 2 make-up lesson hours at any one time (additional lessons missed are forfeited)

• All 12 lessons must be completed within 4 months upon first payment

• No-shows are counted as attended lessons

• Lesson credits are non-transferable

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be given except for the following circumstances:

  • Medical conditions (>1 month illness, hospitalisation, injury)

  • Relocation outside Singapore

  • Pregnancy

  • Military service activation

• When applicable, refund amount is 50% of unused lesson credits

STUDIO GUIDELINES

• Arrive 5 minutes before lesson

• Bring required materials

• Wear comfortable clothing that allows unrestricted movement for playing

• Avoid accessories that may interfere with bass playing (e.g., large rings, dangling necklaces, loose bracelets)

• No food/drinks except water

• Lessons may be recorded with permission

STUDENT OBLIGATIONS

• Practise regularly

• Complete assigned work

• Maintain respectful behaviour

• Follow studio guidelines

• Communicate schedule changes promptly
